Somewhat inspired by a comment from Linkara. I agree that the team should have gotten some kind of redesign when they were given the Ninja powers. I tried to make them as recognizable as possible while shifting the motif to the new animals. My reason for omitting the white Ranger is essentially due to my attempts to merge Power Rangers and Super Sentai, and for the moment I have yet to figure out how reconcile the different universes in regards to that particular character. That said, I like the idea of the MMPR team eventually getting a unique look so they're not exclusively reusing the powers of ancient teams. The black Ranger was easily the hardest to design, since being a frog meant I had to remove the main elements making it distinct.
