hard to believe, but most of the time I spend on making this
image was consumed by the planet. fractal came from a
rendering plugin in GIMP

about 5 hours, like I said the fractals (the cloudy thingy) came from the Flames-Plugin from GIMP. these were just a few clicks, nothing realy special
