More OUaT fanart.I thought Belle needed a friend and since Rumple effected Jiminy's life a whole lot too, they'd really be able to talk and relate to each other. Maybe they met in a tavern somewhere and Jiminy helped Belle feel better after Rumple rejected her.
On a side note, Belle is hard to draw. Like really hard. It's probably because Emilie de Ravin is so ridiculously pretty.

I could see this happening--it could very easily be in canon, and connect the characters together. Both of these two are some of my favorite characters on the show.
