NO TABLET? NO WORRIES XDHere's a tutorial I put together for mouse coloring and lining ^^
I'm using Photoshop CS2
I broke it up into 12 general steps
The original file is done in 3200*2800 with 96 dpi

NOTE: I apologize that I mized up the pic for step 4) and step 5) xD. I will try to fix it in the near future!!

Well, I'm going to try this, but it starts to look very hard at the shadowing part. When you upload the sketch and you add a new layer, do I still have to be very steady and trace the lines exactly as the sketch?

Holy frick... this technique would make me want to commit suicide by the time I got halfway through the picture. The work looks good, but damn, you'd need a LOT of patience for a picture with any complexity.

Very nice tutorial, though the full-view size could do with being a bit bigger, the text is quite small. It's always nice to see how an artist reaches their end result, thanks for sharing

WOOZERS. O_O amazing. My friend is a very great Oekaki Artist :3 She does everything in oekaki but also she draws well with watercolors and copic pens. XD Mew. I never knew you drew that piccy with a mouse. AMAZING O___o

I love your tut lots, and I want to get better using photoshop and doing digital work. But I'm having soo much trouble figuring out this pen tool...-works more at it-

My pen tool fills automatically with black sections and when I right click, the 'stroke path' selection is grayed out v.v

So everything before that, including that one, is drawn solely with the mouse.
I still do lining with the mouse though 
However, I use tablet for coloring, shading, and sketching now ><
