Ohhhh my God i finally got up the nerve to post this...This is old.
OLD.
Like me first ever trying to learn to draw Spyro and Cynder old.
So go easy on me, omfg the shading and the uneven lines -- it's disgusting, i apologize.
SHIT I HOPE YOU CAN READ MY AWFUL HANDWRITING.
Anyway, this had to be when i was in early highs school... i think?
Somewhere around there, so it was years ago and WAAAY before i got a hold of tan and toned paper.
I also cared less about anatomy, which is aggravating to look at but there ARE things i'm seeing in this comic that i find impressive for my time, such as the portrait views of Cynder and Icudar that are made.
I mean don't get me wrong, they still suck but for the time i made this, it was advanced for me.
Icudar Ashbat is actually a character i've always imagined being closer to Cynder during her reign, and...i didn't realize it until recently, but he most likely ended up being cursed like the rest of his kind and dying with them.
Part of me wants to save him because i always saw him as a lovable dipshit, but he kind of had it coming to him.
Oh well, at least he can just be a spirit and wander around afterwards...

LOOOOL imo it requires MORE color, but i make that work to my advantage.
You can use less if you want, but you know how my style is by now.
Not really much to explain, it just gives the art a nicer look depending on what you want and is the most common, most outstanding platform for the white gel pen
