As the little Vort gazed up at her with his ever-so-tearful eyes, Tak saw some of herself.

A more concealed side of herself maybe, but it lingered there before her eyes, beaming in someone else's.

Without much thought, her hand drifted up and landed on Bae's head, and she held it there.

My first time drawing Bae interacting with another character and it just so happens to be Tak!
I don't have a HUDE story here, but I just wanted to show a different side of Tak.

Shockingly, I can see her having enough conscious to care for others who she sees as being genuinely innocent, such as Bae and her friend Skalla.

It's very hard for her to show it, as kindness is something difficult for her to grasp, but in ultra rare moments she is capable.

And here she consoles Bae, a recently orphaned Vortian who she can see is as innocent as the stars are bright.
