Yes.. in this one... Linda is the EarthAngel Supergirl.  Mid 80s and early 90s.
The Kara behind her is from the Silverage Supergirl.  Mid 60s and early 80s.

Thank you for the clarification--I'm old enough to remember the Kara Supergirl from the 1970s, but I haven't really paid attention to all of the DC Comics changes over the past quarter-century...  --C.K.

I'm not entirely sure. These are all commissions for . I don't read the comics much, but I think they're girls from separate universes? Or at least super girls from different times.

He explained it to me (you guessed right), but I'm still wondering how "SMARTS!!" applies here--there's no sharp physical sting involved in a girl (even a non-invulnerable one) having her blouse lifted up and her skirt pulled down, is there?

Perhaps Linda was speaking figuratively, referring to being embarrassed at her underwear being publicly exposed--but she's giggling about it and hardly resisting...   --C.K.
