That's right, a GAME! It's a little buggy, and technically unfinished, but it's playable

Now, because DA doesn't really support file sizes this big, I've put it on google drive zipped up. I've even screen-capped a gif of me scanning it for viruses for those who are virus nervous.

played it, dos the game just abruptly end after the battle ageist marshy's 2 minions? or is there something I have to do to continue the game past that point?
(also 2 small peaces of constitutive criticism:
1) it might be a good idea to make it so that Charles can do something in battle besides giving Perfume an item to boost her ATK power, I get he's a pasafest, but surely he can do SOMETHING besides given an items 1se and then being forced to "run" but not cos he won't leave Perfume after [possible Ex. he has some healing items, or gives advice that let's perfume have a chance to evade some attacks , or gives her modavasnol advice, or something]
2) it might be a good idea to put instructions on how to play somewhere so that players don't have to randomly hit keys to figure out how to do stuff thew trail and error [even if it's something seprite from the game it's self like a text file labelled "HOW TO PLAY CONTROLS" included in the ZIP]
regardless thoth seems good for a 1st game (or at least is more then I could make)

Yeah that's the end, it's an unfinished demo game. I lost interest in doing more. Had I been intending to make it a full game, I likely would have added more options.

Construct 2, I've always struggle with the wall collisions in it tbh, it's made for 2d side scrollers, it doesn't work too well for top down perspective games. People tend to be able to go through walls.

It's cool ^^ I appreciate the help though! Tbh I don't make that many games ^^ Though I might make my next game in unity, I just bought c2 so I felt obligated to use it.
I'm pretty much done with this game, I learned some stuff, and plan to move on and be better with the next one
