Tocho glazed out at the grassy plains before him, letting the fresh Spring breeze whip his mane about. Flowers bloomed all around, the sound of birds everywhere. It wasn't long ago that he had left his bachelor friends behind, explaining that he wanted to start a herd and create a family of his own. He looked behind him for a brief moment, letting his mind wander as he stared at the forest he had just parted from. The valley was vast, and it wouldn't be long before he would find a mare or two, then all it would take is some pretty words and a show of his physique. He was lean but muscular, built for both agility and stamina. He had always outlasted his previous band of friends during spars, leaving them heaving and panting for breath as he stood triumphant and grinning. He was cocky, sure he could admit that. But he knew his skills and wouldn't underestimate himself. He could protect and fight. As he turned back to the open grassy plains before him, he shook out his mane and trotted forward, tail swishing in excitement. It is his time now, and believe it or not, he is ready.♡==================================♡
