Lovely job! You did wonderful work with her skin.... The lighting is superb and something I have trouble with *sighs*...
As to this looking like "something similar"... We all use the same stock. I hate this particular criticism.... I can see that you put your heart into this. That is what counts. And it pulls emotion out of me..... your job (the artist) is complete!

I feel identically to you... I, too, am a hobbyist, looking for artistic expression. It's such a wonderful outlet. And I do see why that particular criticism is articulated but everyone should realize a DA photomanipulator's limitations with all of us diving into the same stock pool lol
And then to have the heartfelt work ignored due to the similar stock *sighs*.. I just don't like seeing people criticized for that. I also hate it when someone criticizes the color an artist chooses, because that is such a subjective thing...
At any rate, I love your art and I get a lot of enjoyment out of it. Keep it coming dear!
