Description my impression is that Christine and the Phantom should have ended up together rather
than she and that wuss Raoul. He was so..UGH, wimpy, and self consumed.
So i decided i was gonna do some fanart, and here is the first thing
the photo of the two of them is a screenshot from the movie
the background and the words are mine.
I just wish they could have been
together forever
in love.
I will be doing a series of drawings..but i found out i had hw, so im gonna do them tomorrow instead.

OMG haha someone else who liked it!!! WOOT WOOT, and OMG i just dont get it, i mean they were so perfect, all the singing, and how he will only ever love her, and yet the other guy could have gotten any gurl, yet the lonely stayed alone, with only one kiss to remember....its sooooo SAD i cried, i cry even at the frickin SOUNDTRACK! im that tied up about it...its like it defeats hope or something, i dunno, but anyway i saw it saturday night, and sunday afternoon, hehe 2 days in a row, and id so see it again today...if i had someone to go with..BUMMER!

Whoa, you feel the Phantom of the Opera even more intensely than me! Well, you must think that the Phantom was never able to recognize that Christine actually loved him... He was so traumatized with its face that he ruined all his virtueness in the world of arts, and he eventually frightened Christine too much, for her to accept to live with a person filled with such anger and hate towards humanity.

Anyway, I wish they got together. Perhaps with Christine he would change.

i see that, but as she said, this face holds no fear for me now..or something similar, and then it was only when he said this is the point of no return, when he was strangling Raoul, making her choose to stay with him of her own free will or stay by force, that she realized how truly mean he could be. i think she would have stayed wtih him up until that point, because she said these tears i might have shed for your dark fate, turn cold as tears of hate....and i think that is really when it was over. Then she did the whole, pitiful creature of darkness, God gave me courage to show you are not alone, and kissed him, and i think that is when he realized not only was he in her mind, she truly did love him, but that she deserved to be with someone complete (however pitiful in my opinion) her fiance, Raoul (YUCK)...if i were her, i would have satyed with him, i dont see deformities like that, im not superficial like that, and i believe while she was at first, later she grew to realize that as she said the true deformity was in his soul...which is true, yet sad, bc it was forced upon him through society. Then again this kinda changed him into the genius, artistically speaking anyway. But ya..i think i just blabbered a bit too much.

No you didn't.... I'm glad to notice you really perceived the story in a profound way... I felt exactly the same way as you, the final turnback was unecessary, as Christine's was being stronger than all the "phantoms" that haunted the phantom of the opera, but then she simply gave up and chose to stay with Raoul.... Probably living a much less passionate and special life... a life like so many others....

Loyd Webber probably wanted to take the phantom's suffering to the most possible intense level, and that would only be possible leaving him alone and abandoned in the end....

And don't forget one more thing: you never know if he really was the angel of music that Christine's father promised her....

i know..ive mulled over whether he was or wasnt for a few days now, i mean not like OMG was he or wasnt he, but i have thought about it, and it truly was he who inspired her voice, so in that way it was him, but i dunno, i like however how, he called himself an Angel in Hell, it seemed fitting.

I agree on the Loyd webber bit as well, but did you know that the rose in the end, isnt in the story, and did you see how he left the ring on it too...haha i thought that was kewl, but i havent read the book..yet, i intend to,

to be honest, im horrible at finishing books and the only reason is because i love them soo much. First of all, it is hard to read a book nowing how it will end, and secondly i read bunches of book at once. I start one, then start another, then another and so on, so it is hard for me to finish some. For example while it took me less that a week to finish a series of 15 books, it took me 3 years to finish just one book alone, i just didnt want it to end, and i kept having to read other books for my english classes, which are my favorite, other than my psych class i took last year. But in any case, right now, i am reading Love Spell, but by the same author whos book it took me 3 years to finish before, another book by the same author as well, DaVinci Code, Angles and Demons, im on book 14 of that 15 book series, for a second time, im reading Yogi Philosophy, Be a Goddess, The Witch's Dream, Elements of Witchcraft, and a Midsummer nights dream in english, even tho i read it for fun in 8th grade... so i love love love books

Anywho..back to POTO, i agree, her life was probably so ordinary, i mean yes Raoul was wealthy, but he and she had like an innocent love from their childhood, not the intense passionate love that brought out the woman in her like the Phantom and her love did. ya know? i hate how she gave up..it serious perturbed me, i was like NO NO NO...you are suposed to stay with him, Raoul can have anyone, but the Phantom only loves, and only wil love you, you moron, go back, no one will love him like you do because of his deformity...and UGH..be with him!! haha im stupid i swear, the hopeless romantic, but whatever, its my opinion, and i just think that htey should have stayed together!
