He was created as a joke , he is not a real mythological creature.On June 8th, 2009, a “’paranormal pictures” photoshop contest was launched on the Something Awful (SA) Forums.[1] The contest required participants to turn ordinary photographs into creepy-looking images through digital manipulation and then pass them on as authentic photographs on a number of paranormal forums.
The urban legend has inspired fan arts, fictional creepypastas and a mockumentary series in the style of the 1999 indie horror film Blair Witch Project.

I personally do not think he's real, you do. I was simply providing a link to an article that might help you have a little more background knowledge on the subject so you could have a more informed opinion. I honestly do not care whether or not you believe he's real; it's your choice what you believe, not mine.
I also ask you not to argue with other people who do not share your opinion. It's not your place to say what they should or should not believe, and neither is it theirs to say what you should believe.
