Hello there!I'm not completly back but I have some time to post stuff again! Huzzah!
And here is again my dear little Arvo in some new position. I hope you can see that I try to add more muscle mass to my dragons that they dosn't look so small and fragile anymore. And I try to add more scales on them!
I need to thank GelangweilterToaster for helping me a lot I appreciat it more than you might think.
And you gues should check her out. She is a great artist.
As you all know I appreciat comments and tipps from all of you as well and I also take criticism.

Heh, ist doch gut geworden XD Freu mich, dass ich ´ne Hilfe sein konnte. Langsam wirst du denk ich auch das hardcore scale game raus haben XD Hat bei mir auch ewigkeiten gedauert, sah am Anfang auch echt beschissen aus *hust hust*

ich mach mir manchmal linien die dann über den Körper gehen, an welchen die Schuppen sich orientieren. Oder ich folge dem Verlauf der Muskeln. Kann manchmal echt helfen, vor allem bei so Viechern wie Goldbrand.

Ahhh... okay, muss ich mal ausprobieren, ich denke mal das ich erstmal das mit den Linien ausprobiere dah muskeln bei meinen noch eher weniger vorhanden sind
zusammen mit der ganzen Anatomie an sich XD

aye, damit kriege ich zumindest den flow der Schuppen viel besser hin damit es natürlicher aussieht bzw es nicht so steif wirkt. ich habs gern....... rund in meinen Bildern XD
Vielleicht krieg ich mal ein fixes pseudo tutorial dafür hin. bzw so ne Art step by step oder sowas. dauert ja eig ned lange XD

Don't worry, I know how you feel. Detailing kills me, like, for real. It's so frustrating and you spend forever on it, but then realise you've Dont something wrong and have to redo it all over again. That, or you feel like you don't like it.
Oh, if you go to YouTube, and type in You're Welcome Star Wars Parody, a video should show up with a cat room drawing of the Luke Skywalker from The Force Awakens in Maui's pose, and Rey in Moanas pose.

Yea... and then you look to to other peoples drawings and then you wonder: why are you complaining? Those artists put so much more details into it....
and I agree to the frustraiting part with the detailing when you have done something wrong, and it's hard to erase something in traditional art!

Oooooh yeeeeesssss. I get that feeling aaaaaaaaalll the freaking time. And it drives me insane. Then I usually don't draw for ages, then I get back into it and oh! Hey presto! I just figured something out! Hurray!
Thats is what happened too. I don't draw dragons for ages, then I suddenly look at it from a new angle and it all makes sense!

with the non drawing for ages... for me it's more like, I try to get back in to it and the first couple drawings are going to be crap but after warts it's getting better

Sadly, I don't have anyone around me that can help me. I've got a new friend close to me, but she is a learner, and I'm the teacher, so that's no help. So really, I'm on my own aside from you and Moon.

Well, I mostly a stuborn idiot who tries everything on my own and rarerly accept help ^^' so my bad that I sometimes don't get better.
But now I meet the Toaster and now she helps me more or less and if you want I can try to help you with more constructiv critisism, I hardly do those because most of my friends didn't like it and so I stopped doing those ^^'

That would be great. I do try things on my own, but help form others are always appreciated. I'm the only one that's really arty, oh well hang on. There is my grandmother, who is....go see the photo I posted. Of the Spider-Man. I don't like Spider-Man at all, but when it's done by my grandma, and is made of cake...I'm sorry hands down I am blown away.
But she's not really good at what I do, and she mostly goes with the flow and makes it up as she goes. But yeah,

It's okay. I understand it can take time to find the right word. Take our time. It's all fine.
I know. The majority of the reactions were, 'that is not a cake. Not no way, not no how.' And I'm like, "it is. I remember catching it up and eating it" She's so bloody good! It was made for my four year old cousin. I'll post a few more cakes that she's done over the years.

but I totally believe that that thing is a cake. because you can do such things with a cake it's just everytime a miracle how a person manage to to that. But I would love to see more of your grandmothers cakes
