They probably have, though no evidence shows Tyrannosauridae could, but some Tyrannosauroidea dinosaurs did have feathers.

interesting. wonder what they were for. some couldn't be for warmth considering in this picture shows one line of feathers down the back instead of the whole body

Likely for display, but keep in mind that feathers are also excellent at cooling down animals as well as heating them up.
