I think that the dorsal fin of this dinosaur being connected to its neck would severely restrict its neck movement. Being a fish-eater, wouldn't it need its neck to be flexible in order to fish? Though it's an interesting idea, it wouldn't make sense if we look at Spinosaurus's lifestyle.

Reasonable, but to fish-eaters, we got kingfishers and stork,and they eat different fish species,Spinosaurus usually feed on giant ones just like sawfish, may not need to own such flexible neck like kingfishers.

True, but we also have to look at how tall the creature was. It would put less strain on its legs to just be able to lower its neck. Also, we do know that it ate huge fish, so you have a point there, but those still tend to live just as deep in the water as other fish species.

I like this concept although his arms seem a little on the short side...
