Now i have finally completted the chatterer piece with color and all, and i really see how the uncolored piece really lack of detail at important places like the head and background. well, to compensate for this i have added some chains in the background to give it a nicer feel
Many hours were put down in coloring this one, didnt think that i would give it so much time hehe, just to get the background gradient i had to work hours puting new layers atop the old ones hehe, but im pretty happy with the result so i dont mind
I like the pose of this one, really gives me a classic view of the old man (or youngster as we realise in the second film) and it was a pleasent project
so maybe there will be more cenobites in the future, im thinking Merkova, the bride of Pinhead (as told in The Harrowers comic) I like the skull structure of the horse so it would defenatly be a interesting project. Im also braining on ideas on how to visulise the Lament Configuration in a good way, but the future will tell those tales...Until then you'll just have to settle with the Chatterer! hope you like...

Wow...how did I miss this one? This is one of my favorites of all you've done...the color looks sweet, and the picture, overall, has a very stylized look to it. I love the rusty-colored blood smears.

Well, first i Inked it then i just used my watercolors as usual and worked in layers

Yeah, CD Cenobite and Bartender Cenobites really didnt do it for me, and the catch frase "Thats a wrap" really didnt fit together with Pinheads always so philosophical talking, the scene i like in that movie though is the church scene when Pinhead offers his flesh to the priest, pretty cool.

Yeah, the story part of Bloodlines is darn cool, the base concept of the scifi part is cool to but it gets out of hand some times, but the eternal light thing is a nice thought.

hehe thanx very much (does that mean that i deserve more injections this month?). I just love Chatterer and the hellraiser flicks to, i planed making the original Cenobites and maybe Merkova (a female cenobite with a horse skull attached to her face, also known to be the bride of pinhead) so the future will tell when more Cenobites pop into my gallery, i'll submit them to the asylum so that you can see when it's finished

hehe im glad that you appriciate the coloring job, damn it was a hellraiser least to say, after that illaborate ink job i was on needles fillin it with them watercolors, and testing out my bronze color for real for the first time to, the irl work is a little cooler when you see it glimmer in the sunlight
Really love the kaligraphy pen/ink stuff to, this work has the size of a postcard so you really can go down on the millimeter when you put down them lines

that is frickin sweet. hellraiser is one of my all time fav movie series. well up to part 4 anyway. after that they kinda went blah

ahh thanx m8! yeah the series is totally screwed out these days, saw the newest (Hellworld) here the other day and damned it sucked, the fifth movie aint to bad if you make sure to look at it as a standalone though.

Yeah, chatterer without bones were a real good horror character, really scared my then girlfriend with my great chatterer impression, worked excellent every time, got them crazy jaws that chatterer have so im a happy man
