EDIT: Took =Chimpantalones 's and =sereneworx 's advice and added a mouthing of w00t and speeded up the fall

Overall I feel this emote is still too slow, the current w00t emote has just the right speed, maybe base it on this?

I think you should keep the eyes as they are now. so keep them as || before it starts to jump. when it jumps, it can be ^^ though ^.^
