~ Meaning : Her name means "Dusk" in Latin. She was given her name because her bright blue eyes stuck out against her white fur and caused her parents to name her after the interesting colour.

Overview
~ Because she is a member of the Tocho tribe, Aurora's body frame is naturally larger than most cats, and so her muscles are naturally stronger and larger. She doesn't get out of the camp much though, so her skills in fighting are low, although from watching cats in her tribe train, she has picked up the basic fighting defense moves. She is an intelligent cat and prefers to talk things through than resolve in fighting, as this is also in her matcher trainee nature. She is also quite fast in short burst of speed, but prefers to patrol more around the camp and keep an eye on the young cats of her tribe, as she is requested too.

Texture : Soft and fluffy.
Length : Very long fur on most of her body except for her ear fur and leg fur. Her tail is especially long and is one of her most treasured features.
Colour : Aurora has pure white fur with darker grey markings on the bottom of her paws, the tip of her muzzle and on the ends of her ears. The skin in her ears and on her nose is a dark pink in colour. Her paw pads are dark grey in colour and her eyes are an ice blue.

Aurora has a way with calming down other cats. She has always had a gentle and caring nature, making her very good with younger cats. She likes to reassure her friends and family when they are stressed or upset that everything is going to be ok. She is very compassionate hence her role as the Matcher trainee and thoroughly enjoys spending time with the younger cats and kits of the Clan. She hopes that maybe one day, the Matcher will allow her to take a mate and have a family of her own. She has always dreamed of raising her own kits, just as she helps to raise the Tocho kits.

Aurora has a very elegant and graceful personality. She takes very good care of herself, physically and mentally, and always gives her fur a thorough cleaning before she does things in the morning. She likes to experiment with new accessories and loves to fiddle with her braid on the side of her face, and is always willing to make new accessories for herself and for other cats whom she cares about. She loves traditions of her tribe and enjoys participating in the giving of gifts. She likes to keep her reputation as a good one and therefore is known to be a very elegant and graceful she-cat.

Aurora is a very complex character in that she is hard to read. She doesn't often tell cats about her past and it takes a lot before she is willing to open up to anyone. Most cats need to get to know her on a personal level before she opens up to them, which is her way of keeping her heart guarded, just in case. This can be very annoying for some cats as they might not know where they stand with her emotionally as she isn't one to drop hints. She can be a little thick when it comes to taking hints, and she is difficult to approach emotionally because of her mental barrier that she seems to have put up.

Aurora is a very emotional she-cat and fins that she gets caught up in things on a more personal level more seriously than needed. She tries not to let her emotions get away from her, but she has really taken after her mother in this sense. She is very passionate about the things and cats that she cares about or loves, and doesn't hesitate to show this passion publicly. She can get a little intimidating or irritating because she can begin to get too emotional over something that probably isn't worth all the effort. She does try to get a handle on it but sometimes, she just let's her emotions flow.

Aurora doesn't tend to sugarcoat things and is very blunt and matter of fact with her words and statements. She believes that it is best for cats to here the truth straight out than have it distorted in an attempt to make the situation easier to handle. Her mother often gave her bad news in an almost sweet way and Aurora grew to hate it, that is why she is so blunt now, as she has this personality trait fueled by past events. Although she tries to be gentle with bad news and other things around younger kits, she still prefers them to hear the truth straight out as she feels that they will be better off in the long run.

Aurora can get very moody very quickly and it's not odd for her to have decent mood swings. She can go from very happy to irritated and angry quickly but doesn't usually do so when she is around younger cats as she hates to rub off badly on them. However this personality trait is no hidden thing when she is in front of cats that are irritating her. She has a short fuse and can very quickly loose her temper. Although she has never been one to resort to violence, that is not to stop her from being overly snappy and rude when she is in a bad mood. She hopes that she can get a handle on her bad temper.

Aurora finds it very hard to trust cats that she doesn't know, and even if they are supposedly supposed to be members of the same tribe, she finds it hard to trust even her own tribemates if they display even the slightest suspicious behavior. She can be very hard to trust herself as cats always seem to think that she is constantly judging them. When she was young she found it hard to trust even her mother, as she never told her whom her father was. This has created this particular personality trait and fuels her suspicious nature. Eventually she can grow to trust cats, but she has to know them on a personal level before she does.

"Oh but what if you get hurt?"
Aurora is very easily paranoid and hates the thought of bad things happening to the cats that she cares for or loves. She is always fussing over the younger cats in the clan, more so than their own parents. She is often told just to relax and enjoy life a little, but she finds it so hard not to worry about things constantly happening. She finds it very hard not to stress when her tribemates go out on hunting trips or patrols, as she is usually not allowed to follow them. This limited lifestyle makes her very paranoid to both go outside and not go outside. She hopes that one day she can learn to trust in her tribemates abilities.

Very much like her moody trait, Aurora finds that she can get very snappy and irritable when around cats who get on her nerves. She often looses her temper around cats when she wakes up in a bad mood and can very easily snap and make sharp sarcastic comments. She is hard to communicate or reason with when she is like this and just needs time to cool off before any compromise can be made. She can be very hot headed which is real contrast to her usual calm and gentle nature and it's not often that she gets very angry, but when she does it makes situations very unpleasant for everyone, including her.

{ Before her Birth }
Aurora's parents had a very rocky relationship. Her mother was a pure white she-cat, like herself, by the name of Snowflake. She was a Hunter-Gatherer of the Tocho tribe and met her future mate, Vick on the border. He was born and raised a loner but quickly took interest in this pretty Tribe she-cat. It wasn't a very strong relationship, just a quick fling and soon after, Snowflake realised that she was expecting kits. Not long after the tom realised that she was expecting his kits, he fled, scared to get involved with the tribes customs. Although they were mates, they were not official under the Matcher's words and therefore, she went against the tribe laws. She gave birth to two kits, Aurora and her younger brother Shannon.

{ Untrustworthy }
Not long after Aurora reached her sixth moon did she finally ask her mother about her father. Of course, that being a sensitive topic for her mother, Snowflake refused to tell her kits anything about the tom whom abandoned her when he realised that they were expecting kits. Upset and confused, Aurora's trust in her mother began to drop dramatically. This was a sad time for the little cat, as she wanted to be close to her mother, just like her brother Shannon was, but sadly she knew that this lack of confession would ruin their relationship for a long time.

Not long after there argument, did her mother go missing. The tribe proceeded to search for her, checking everywhere, but they came to no avail. She was no-where to be found. Horrified and filled with grief Aurora's brother decided that he too no longer wanted to stay with the tribes, and after a quick and grief filled goodbye, Shannon left, not wanting to be a part of this lifestyle anymore. Now left with no family in the tribe, Aurora swallowed her grief and sadness and dedicated herself to serving her tribe. When she reached a necessary age, their leader and chief of all the tribes, Spartan, chose her to be the new Matcher trainee. Filled with pride at the high rank, she took it diligently and promised to serve her tribe as best she could. It was then that she took her place among the Warhead of her tribe, Uriel, and served and protected the kits and younger cats of their community, as she was told, hoping that one day, she could serve as the Matcher of all the tribes, next to the chief.

{ Vanished }
Aurora had been the Matcher trainee of Tocho for a few moons now. She was beginning to enjoy the responsibility of taking care of the kits and getting them ready for their ceremonies when they reached the appropriate age. She didn't expect this to happen. A messenger from the royals came to their tribe, announcing that the Chief Spartan and the Matcher Nokomis had gone missing. The Royal guards were in an uproar, searching head and toe to try and locate their missing leaders, but came to no avail.

The tribes mourned for the loss of both their leaders, and naturally the Warheads of all three tribes met in battle to announce the new chief. To her shock and pride, Uriel, the warhead of her tribe won, and was named the chief. To her even deeper shock, she was requested to move up to the Matcher rank alongside her warhead. Beaming with pride, but also grief at the loss of their old leaders, she stood beside her new Chief, ready to lead their new tribes. It would be difficult to get used to this new rank, but she was sure she could do it.

Turn On's : Aurora finds that toms who are friendly and bubbly very attractive, and likes the almost boyish type, cats who are able to have fun and explore. Exploring is her favorite pass-time, so if a tom finds this a fun pass time as well, she finds them very attractive. She likes bravery and loyalty and needs a tom who will be willing to remain loyal to her and treat her with respect. She needs a tom who will let her be independent and won't try and change her personality. She also needs a tom who will be willing to have kits eventually as a family is very important to her, and kits are a big part of her life, meaning that she wants to have some of her own one day. She finds light coloured toms very attractive, and tabby markings always seemed to catch her eye. Although she isn't too picky about eye colour, she loves lighter coloured eyes and finds them intriguing.

Turn Off's : Aurora hates toms who are picky or needy and won't give her her personal space. She doesn't like clingy cats as she feels that these toms can't take care of themselves. Loyalty to both her and her tribe is very important and a must if she is to ever truly trust a tom. She also doesn't like toms who are stupid or obnoxious, constantly talking about themselves and their own achievements too much. She hates toms ho don't like kits and younger cats, as she desperately wants a family of her own and can't wait to be a mother. She doesn't like violent cats, who are too caught up in battle to care about emotional commitments. She also doesn't like dark coloured toms as she felt they are intimidating and scary looking. The same goes for dark coloured eyes.

Rp Example 1# : The-Blue-Tides
~ Smokekit opened up his lime green eyes. A breeze fluttered gently in through the nursery entrance. His mothers soft breathing filled his ears, and he looks up to see her gentle face resting on the ground. He licked her face affectionately, before jumping up, and on soft paws, made his way curiously to the entrance. He sat, gazing out at the camp. It was dawn, and the patrol must have already left because the scents of other cats were strong, but no-one was in sight. Movement fluttered in on his gaze, and he pinned his sight onto a creature, it's soft wings beating soundlessly int he air. His eyes narrowed in awe as it landed gently on a tuft of grass. He lowered to the ground, his little paws tucked under his warm body, and studied it's beautiful wings. Colours splashed out, and curved around it's tiny body. It opened and closed it's it's wings carefully. Smokekit, breathed on it slowly, and it fluttered up and hovered in the air for a moment, before soaring up above the camp, and vanishing behind the trees. Smokekit watched after it, his face brightening up, before plunging back into the nursery to tell him mother about his amazing discovery.

~ Snow whipped up from the ground and stung that young tom’s face. He narrowed his eyes and pushed on, paws sinking into the ever deepening drifts. Ice stung his eyes, as he forced them open, and crystal formed on his neck fur. His teeth chattered as the icy wind swept up and bowled him in the side. When would this weather end!

~ Rain whipped up and whacked Hawkpaw in the face. He leaped through the spray and latched onto the enemies back, digging his long claws deep into the tabby fur. The cat gave a shriek and tried to shake him off, but he help fast. Grasping with his forepaws, Hawkpaw raked the opponent's back with his hind legs. With a screech, the Mountainclan cat shook him of before pelting into the bushes. Gazing around the clearing, he noticed the last of the enemy cats running of into their own territory. A howl of triumph sounded from behind him, and he turned to see his clanmates celebrating their victory. Raising his broad head, he meowed into the wind, listening to it echoing in the trees.

~ Akina watched as her mother's spotted coat flew through the air and thudding into Angaza's side. He screeched and toppled over, claws extended and fangs baring. Akina shivered and the ferocity in her mother's attack. She didn't expect her to react in this way, but boy, it felt good to see someone else beat up Angaza instead of the other way round. Alamisi dug her claws deep into the Male cheetah's side. He hissed and turned trying to slash at her, but his larger and bulkier frame was working against him. The lithe Alamisi darted around him, attacking him from one side before dashing over to the other. She jumped backwards and landed besides Akina. "Keep away from my daughter!" she hissed, flaring her dark eye markings. Angaza knew he was beaten from the look in his face. Alamisi was an experiences Sentry and he was only newly ranked. Akina had been his first tyro. Angaza hissed one more time, before turning and racing off, striping tail streaming out from behind him.

She does try to get a handle on it but sometimes, she just let's her emotions flow.

Aurora doesn't tend to sugarcoat things and is very blunt and matter of fact with her words and statements. She believes that it is best for cats to here the truth straight out than have it distorted in an attempt to make the situation easier to handle. Her mother often gave her bad news in an almost sweet way and Aurora grew to hate it, that is why she is so blunt now, as she has this personality trait fueled by past events. Although she tries to be gentle with bad news and other things around younger kits, she still prefers them to hear the truth straight out as she feels that they will be better off in the long run.

Aurora can get very moody very quickly and it's not odd for her to have decent mood swings. She can go from very happy to irritated and angry quickly but doesn't usually do so when she is around younger cats as she hates to rub off badly on them. However this personality trait is no hidden thing when she is in front of cats that are irritating her. She has a short fuse and can very quickly loose her temper. Although she has never been one to resort to violence, that is not to stop her from being overly snappy and rude when she is in a bad mood. She hopes that she can get a handle on her bad temper.

Aurora finds it very hard to trust cats that she doesn't know, and even if they are supposedly supposed to be members of the same tribe, she finds it hard to trust even her own tribemates if they display even the slightest suspicious behavior. She can be very hard to trust herself as cats always seem to think that she is constantly judging them. When she was young she found it hard to trust even her mother, as she never told her whom her father was. This has created this particular personality trait and fuels her suspicious nature. Eventually she can grow to trust cats, but she has to know them on a personal level before she does.

Aurora is very easily paranoid and hates the thought of bad things happening to the cats that she cares for or loves. She is always fussing over the younger cats in the clan, more so than their own parents. She is often told just to relax and enjoy life a little, but she finds it so hard not to worry about things constantly happening. She finds it very hard not to stress when her tribemates go out on hunting trips or patrols, as she is usually not allowed to follow them. This limited lifestyle makes her very paranoid to both go outside and not go outside. She hopes that one day she can learn to trust in her tribemates abilities.

Very much like her moody trait, Aurora finds that she can get very snappy and irritable when around cats who get on her nerves. She often looses her temper around cats when she wakes up in a bad mood and can very easily snap and make sharp sarcastic comments. She is hard to communicate or reason with when she is like this and just needs time to cool off before any compromise can be made. She can be very hot headed which is real contrast to her usual calm and gentle nature and it's not often that she gets very angry, but when she does it makes situations very unpleasant for everyone, including her.

{ Before her Birth }
Aurora's parents had a very rocky relationship. Her mother was a pure white she-cat, like herself, by the name of Snowflake. She was a Hunter-Gatherer of the Tocho tribe and met her future mate, Vick on the border. He was born and raised a loner but quickly took interest in this pretty Tribe she-cat. It wasn't a very strong relationship, just a quick fling and soon after, Snowflake realised that she was expecting kits. Not long after the tom realised that she was expecting his kits, he fled, scared to get involved with the tribes customs. Although they were mates, they were not official under the Matcher's words and therefore, she went against the tribe laws. She gave birth to two kits, Aurora and her younger brother Shannon.

{ Untrustworthy }
Not long after Aurora reached her sixth moon did she finally ask her mother about her father. Of course, that being a sensitive topic for her mother, Snowflake refused to tell her kits anything about the tom whom abandoned her when he realised that they were expecting kits. Upset and confused, Aurora's trust in her mother began to drop dramatically. This was a sad time for the little cat, as she wanted to be close to her mother, just like her brother Shannon was, but sadly she knew that this lack of confession would ruin their relationship for a long time.

Not long after there argument, did her mother go missing. The tribe proceeded to search for her, checking everywhere, but they came to no avail. She was no-where to be found. Horrified and filled with grief Aurora's brother decided that he too no longer wanted to stay with the tribes, and after a quick and grief filled goodbye, Shannon left, not wanting to be a part of this lifestyle anymore. Now left with no family in the tribe, Aurora swallowed her grief and sadness and dedicated herself to serving her tribe. When she reached a necessary age, their leader and chief of all the tribes, Spartan, chose her to be the new Matcher trainee. Filled with pride at the high rank, she took it diligently and promised to serve her tribe as best she could. It was then that she took her place among the Warhead of her tribe, Uriel, and served and protected the kits and younger cats of their community, as she was told, hoping that one day, she could serve as the Matcher of all the tribes, next to the chief.

{ Vanished }
Aurora had been the Matcher trainee of Tocho for a few moons now. She was beginning to enjoy the responsibility of taking care of the kits and getting them ready for their ceremonies when they reached the appropriate age. She didn't expect this to happen. A messenger from the royals came to their tribe, announcing that the Chief Spartan and the Matcher Nokomis had gone missing. The Royal guards were in an uproar, searching head and toe to try and locate their missing leaders, but came to no avail.

The tribes mourned for the loss of both their leaders, and naturally the Warheads of all three tribes met in battle to announce the new chief. To her shock and pride, Uriel, the warhead of her tribe won, and was named the chief. To her even deeper shock, she was requested to move up to the Matcher rank alongside her warhead. Beaming with pride, but also grief at the loss of their old leaders, she stood beside her new Chief, ready to lead their new tribes. It would be difficult to get used to this new rank, but she was sure she could do it.

Turn On's : Aurora finds that toms who are friendly and bubbly very attractive, and likes the almost boyish type, cats who are able to have fun and explore. Exploring is her favorite pass-time, so if a tom finds this a fun pass time as well, she finds them very attractive. She likes bravery and loyalty and needs a tom who will be willing to remain loyal to her and treat her with respect. She needs a tom who will let her be independent and won't try and change her personality. She also needs a tom who will be willing to have kits eventually as a family is very important to her, and kits are a big part of her life, meaning that she wants to have some of her own one day. She finds light coloured toms very attractive, and tabby markings always seemed to catch her eye. Although she isn't too picky about eye colour, she loves lighter coloured eyes and finds them intriguing.

Turn Off's : Aurora hates toms who are picky or needy and won't give her her personal space. She doesn't like clingy cats as she feels that these toms can't take care of themselves. But in the same way, she doesn't like toms who won't pay her any attention whatsoever, of even worse, flirt with other she-cats while they are in a relationship. Loyalty to both her and her tribe is very important and a must if she is to ever truly trust a tom. She also doesn't like toms who are stupid or obnoxious, constantly talking about themselves and their own achievements too much. She hates toms ho don't like kits and younger cats, as she desperately wants a family of her own and can't wait to be a mother. She doesn't like violent cats, who are too caught up in battle to care about emotional commitments. She also doesn't like dark coloured toms as she felt they are intimidating and scary looking. The same goes for dark coloured eyes.

~ Smokekit opened up his lime green eyes. A breeze fluttered gently in through the nursery entrance. His mothers soft breathing filled his ears, and he looks up to see her gentle face resting on the ground. He licked her face affectionately, before jumping up, and on soft paws, made his way curiously to the entrance. He sat, gazing out at the camp. It was dawn, and the patrol must have already left because the scents of other cats were strong, but no-one was in sight. Movement fluttered in on his gaze, and he pinned his sight onto a creature, it's soft wings beating soundlessly int he air. His eyes narrowed in awe as it landed gently on a tuft of grass. He lowered to the ground, his little paws tucked under his warm body, and studied it's beautiful wings. Colours splashed out, and curved around it's tiny body. It opened and closed it's it's wings carefully. Smokekit, breathed on it slowly, and it fluttered up and hovered in the air for a moment, before soaring up above the camp, and vanishing behind the trees. Smokekit watched after it, his face brightening up, before plunging back into the nursery to tell him mother about his amazing discovery.

The cat gave a shriek and tried to shake him off, but he help fast. Grasping with his forepaws, Hawkpaw raked the opponent's back with his hind legs. With a screech, the Mountainclan cat shook him of before pelting into the bushes. Gazing around the clearing, he noticed the last of the enemy cats running of into their own territory. A howl of triumph sounded from behind him, and he turned to see his clanmates celebrating their victory. Raising his broad head, he meowed into the wind, listening to it echoing in the trees.

~ Akina watched as her mother's spotted coat flew through the air and thudding into Angaza's side. He screeched and toppled over, claws extended and fangs baring. Akina shivered and the ferocity in her mother's attack. She didn't expect her to react in this way, but boy, it felt good to see someone else beat up Angaza instead of the other way round. Alamisi dug her claws deep into the Male cheetah's side. He hissed and turned trying to slash at her, but his larger and bulkier frame was working against him. The lithe Alamisi darted around him, attacking him from one side before dashing over to the other. She jumped backwards and landed besides Akina. "Keep away from my daughter!" she hissed, flaring her dark eye markings. Angaza knew he was beaten from the look in his face. Alamisi was an experiences Sentry and he was only newly ranked. Akina had been his first tyro. Angaza hissed one more time, before turning and racing off, striping tail streaming out from behind him.
