Kneeling on the floor, Naruto caught Tsunade on her back before she hit the ground, watching her coughing difficultly in his arms. Naruto helped Tsunade up as he listened to her talk. Had it not been for him she probably would have been knocked unconscious from a blow to the head... Alone, having suffered a small heart attack and with a skull injury... Tsunade thanked the boy, but he didn't hear any of this.Naruto had his eyes fixed on Tsunade's hair. After a small movement, she let see how her ears began to twist and form a strange elongated tip. Naruto said nothing when he saw this. He felt something strange, similar to when the amulet had changed his mother and then Sakura earlier... He knew what was happening was wrong, but for some reason seeing this didn't feel disturbing... Rather it was hypnotic... Even a little pleasant....
The woman didn't seem to notice anything. As she caught her breath, her ears grew longer and longer until they surpassed the height of her head, giving her a ridiculous look as she acted serious in front of the boy.
Naruto stepped back. Tsunade stood up letting out several strangely long hiccups, and slightly shaking her whole body, her new long ears moved with total naturalness, as if they had always been part of her.
