*CRACK*The sound was like that of a dry branch being snapped. Tsunade bent over from the pain. The twinge in her lower back suddenly turned into a pain similar to that of a broken bone... however, this was much stranger. As if something was twisting beyond her body, and was somehow connected to her lower back... Tsunade shrieked. This massive discomfort began to slowly tighten and lengthen, feeling much worse now. As if it was going to explode in her back, as if something was going to shoot out of her body...

Tsunade let out a painful scream. She was about to turn around to look when the built up tension was suddenly released, a new long strange limb jerked several times on her ass releasing several hairs in the air. It had almost as much mobility as a long rope and the sensation was unpleasant. Tsunade lost her balance before she understood what just happened. Shaking her butt and her new extension, she saw in disbelief what it was all about.
