After leaving Leia's quarters, Vader went to his quarters and went about his business. Soon Grand Admiral Thrawn would arrive at the Sith's castle to find out the details of the investigation on Alderaan.
Chiss was to know absolutely nothing about the Sith's newly acquired daughter. He should have been as discreet as possible.
Perhaps that was why Vader had met Thrawn himself in the spacecraft hangar that evening.
