That was a long time since my last update. So here's another Disney girl, it's Esmeralda's turn : )
1445-1450

The Victor Hugo novel starts in 1482, but after the always enjoyable research I do for every single one of my historical drawings, I found really interesting pieces from around the years stated above, and part of me thought that probably Esmeralda, as an outcast in the eyes of the society she lived with, wouldn't dress exactly to date and following the latest fashion. As a gypsy, she had her own thing going on xD
The only thing that makes me doubt a little here is the fact that she is wearing purple (not only one, but two layers of purple xD) when it was a colour associated with royalty and piety not long before those times... but Disney, you know lol
