EDIT: Also, the reason why there aren't many icons is that my computer crashed and I recently rebooted it. So, reboot = no programs. ;A;

What's so interesting about it? I guess most people have a taskbar and a dustbin. Therefore I don't really see the point of showing this here, unless you're trying to deceive people.

some people just like showing their desktops, that's all 
...and other people just like manga, so when they see a fancy picture like this, they fav it without much thinking. today she's on the front page, and tomorrow you'll see another user's desktop there. we can do nothing about it, really. ; )

Yeah, a couple people on here have gotten upset about it. Actually, I was kinda shocked when it got to 60 favorites - I was expecting at most 20 because I have some IRL friends on here. But the way it's gotten up there blew me away - I can't believe that it showed on the first page.
Still, thanks - it means a lot, especially since I don't know what to say in those kind of situatuions.

Well, there is a category for these things, so, it is. This isn't anything unusual - if you look under desktops, you'll find tons of pictures like this. Plus, I'm not taking credit for it.

don't really see the difference between these and typical art theft pics, except those two things I mentioned earlier

There are two main differences:
1.) I never claimed it was mine. I give all credit to the original artist, whomever they may be.
2.) DA allows people to upload desktop screenshots, so - no rules broken, no foul.
If you have a problem with this, you can take it up with DA itself.
