Description

This is a 2 part caption and it sort of came out a bit longer than I expected; almost like a short story overall. Anyway, some of you may remember that 's Priscilla has hypnotised Wisp in the past. I thought it might be fun to check in on them. Priscilla is played in this image by Laura Vandervoort.

Priscilla Doe pushed her front door key into the lock. She’d just returned from trying to capture another heroine for her collection. Her mansion was fully staffed by former super powered morons that she’d defeated; she’d stolen their powers and sealed them away before hypnotising them to take on whatever role she needed at the time. She’d failed to capture Knockout Girl, the heroine of Terran City. She’d been so close but the heroine had managed to slip away at the last moment. Priscilla had been forced to bring back her bag containing various gadgets she’d put together.

Not that it mattered too much. She still had her pet project. She had yet to figure out how to steal Wisp’s powers, or even if it could be done. She was also yet to figure out the extent of the young heroine’s abilities. She’d managed to hypnotise the fairy to make it easier to run tests and had made it so the hypnosis put Wisp into a child-like state; it made it easier to control her and Wisp seemed to accept Priscilla as the authority figure. Unfortunately it had meant that Priscilla had needed to allocate a room of her mansion.

Priscilla entered the mansion and looked around. Wisp should have been there to greet her; she’d given the fairy a list of rules to follow while she was in the Mansion, just like all her other captured metas. Priscilla stood there for a moment before taking a seat on a bench. She held onto her bag; Wisp was supposed to take it from her.

Priscilla turned her attention to the clock and counted the minutes that she’d been made to wait. She didn’t like waiting for anyone; let alone her captured heroines. Eventually she heard the sounds of someone running down the stairs. She immediately knew it was Wisp because all her servants walked and conducted themselves properly.

“Miss Priscilla!” the heroine said happily. She was wearing a pink princess dress that restrained her wings; most of the outfits Priscilla kept for Wisp did so in order to protect Priscilla and her property in the event of the hypnosis wearing off. She had a little crown as part of the outfit; it appeared that Wisp had been playing dress up.The heroine ran over and gave the villain a hug, “I didn’t hear you come in.”
“You were supposed to be here ten minutes ago Wisp.”
“Sorry Miss Priscilla. I was busy playing.”
“Take this bag and put it away. Now.”

Priscilla must have looked angry because Wisp suddenly looked a tad frightened as she took the bag and quickly put it away. When she returned, Priscilla spoke again. “You made me wait for you. I don’t like waiting. Do you know what I’m going to have to do now?”
Wisp shook her head.
Priscilla bit her lip as she considered how to phrase it. She knew from past experience that she had to go along with Wisp’s trance or she’d risk bringing the heroine out of it, “I’m going to have to put you in time out.”
“What?” Wisp asked incredulously.
“That’s right. For twenty minutes for making me wait; you made me wait for ten so I'm doubling it for you.”

Priscilla went and picked up a chair and placed it down near Wisp. “Sit there for twenty minutes.”
“Yes Miss Priscilla,” Wisp replied, looking down at her feet with a sad expression on her face.
Priscilla held back a smirk; she knew something that Wisp didn’t. The chair was actually made of cold iron. Priscilla watched in amusement as Wisp sat down on it, only to immediately jump back to her feet. “Ow!”
“Sit.”
Wisp tried again, obviously not wanting to annoy Priscilla, only to jump up a second time.

Priscilla was annoyed, even though she knew that cold iron hurt Wisp; she’d found that out in their first meeting. She walked over and reached underneath the chair, pulling some straps up. She pushed Wisp so that she was sitting down, hearing the fairy cry out. She knew Wisp wouldn’t be able to sit down on the chair so she had made sure there were some straps that she could use. She put them across Wisp’s lap and tightened them in place, leaving the heroine unable to get out of the chair. Priscilla sat back down, requested a glass of wine from a servant and watched.

Wisp fidgeted and wriggled; she was clearly uncomfortable. After a minute she began to trying to talk her way out of it; she was still in trance which meant that Priscilla’s hypnosis was working well.
“Miss Priscilla! Please let me go.”
“Not happening. Twenty minutes isn’t up.”
Priscilla sipped her wine as Wisp began the excuses.

“I’m hungry,” she whined.
“You can have some food afterwards then.”
“I need the bathroom!”
“I’m sure you can hold it.”
“I’m tired,” she said with a fake yawn.
“Then have a nap after or fall asleep.”
“It hurts!”
“Shut up or you can stay there even longer.”

After ten minutes had passed, Wisp snapped out of her trance from the pain of being sat on a cold iron chair; Priscilla was expecting it but she wasn’t sure when it would happen.
“Let me go!”
“You still have ten more minutes of time out left.”
“Time out? I’m a heroine. I don’t have time outs!”
Priscilla smirked, “It seems like you do.”

Priscilla continued to watch as Wisp fidgeted in her seat, the cold iron would no doubt be excruciating for her. She knew that fairies couldn’t stand it, and she knew from asking Wisp to do experiments that it simultaneously felt really hot and numbing.

Sounds like a fitting throne indeed for a fairy princess

Fun! And hmmm....maybe Priscilla can have a vital consulting part of Dr. Hadalis' "stress reducing treatment" for Wisp when she gets to the university....

Maybe. But Priscilla doesn't exactly play nicely with others! Would be interesting how they get along though
