So yeah. I have no idea how to start the description on this drawing...Uh. I decided to try something in the My Little Pony colorstyle, which is the characters have an outline that is darker than their primary color.
As seen here, Rainbow Dash's primary color is light blue, while her outline is a darker shade of blue. I incorporated the same style into Jigglypuff's color design.
I had two different concept ideas for Jigglypuff, actually. This one wth the derp face, and another where Jiggly was wearing Dovahkiin's helmet.
I might do that one if enough people want it.

While it's not so much an art style as it is a choice of shading and/or lines, this looks very nice and silly. While I might not be able to place what exactly, there's something differant about this to the official artwork... Maybe it's the ears.
