Boomer is Starscream's and Shockwave's 'logical' genetic engineering, science experiment created with their DNA.

Boomer can't talk, but he's unnecessarily sweet to everybody and everything.
(Shocky and Screamer can't figure out why)

He has very big paws, so he trips over them a lot. He likes being around both his creators.
Unfortunately, having Shockwave's big, red eye, he can't blink or close his eyes to go to bed, so he sleeps next to Starscream
with his head buried in his chest, or with Screamer's paw over his face.
