**Yay new DoTW character, and she is a Timber Rattlesnake!**

Name: IVY
Age: Adult
Gender: Female
Length: 38 inches
Weight: 1.8 lbs
Build: Ivy has a broad triangular shaped head,and narrow neck. She also has ridged scales, and a stocky, curvy body. She is able to slip through many obstacles in her way, despite being quite thick. She has a facial pit on either side of her face just below the nostril and eye.

Territory: Loner. The only territory she acquires for herself is her own den. She treads around Blutwald territory, slithering close out of sight.

Personality: Ivy resides in a more dense, closed off canopy away from any possible dangerous predators she might encounter. She may have the bite to kill, but she rarely uses it unless she is hunting or feeling threatened. When she does feel threatened, she'll raise her rattle high in the air in warning. She can be a bit sluggish, but if she snags her fangs into her opposer, that will be the end. Ivy can be nurturing, and usually finds more sympathy in other creatures when they are young and helpless. She will usually go after the full grown adults or sickly of her prey, avoiding harm to any young.
Despite being cautious, she can be quite playful, well to those that she is comfortable with, which includes any animals who are do not have Timber Rattlesnakes as part of their diet. Ivy, while she rather slip away during a fight, will defend herself if she can. She would rarely face a foe, and does not show herself unless they get too close. She can also be quick-witted and decisive, new too slow to respond. Mastering the art of hiding, she can slip away without a trace as fast as she can. She is usually hesitant near wolves, but not hostile. She learned to respect them in a way, tolerating them and sometimes speaking to them as long she she knows she is out of harm’s way.

Pre-Group History: Ivy was born near the Havir pack grounds. She and her six siblings blindedly stuck with their comforting mother until their first scale shedding, where they received their independence to go and survive on their own.The experience was not as terrifying as most animals would think, Ivy had a smoother ride than her other brother’s and sisters who she never saw again, all going in separate ways. However, she had run into one of her brother’s, but they parted ways after catching up for a few minutes. Ivy, overwhelmed by the weather and influx of predators near Havir grounds, moved towards Blutwald, which wasn’t much different, however the forests were able to keep her out of sight of predators.
