Pythor's clan, The Anacondri, starved in the cave the "good people of Ninjago" trapped them in. They went so long without food, they started turning on eachother. Pythor was in danger when his own general got hungry eyes at him. The only way to save himself was to eat everyone else.Which he did.I didn't know what the anacondri's symbols looked like so i kind of came up with it.

Honestly I think that pythor was probably the strongest and popular member in the tribe and all the anacondrai sacrificed themselves so he could leave but that's my opinion

The serpentine, in a way, are good guys. The only reason why they attack is because the "douchebags of Ninjago" have locked them up in an underground prision so they could die of starvation, a.k.a. the "Serpentine Genocide".

heres my therory,
pythor's long life dream was to be general (like skales). he slowly ate his tribe one at a time so the general wouldnt notice and so he woulndnt run out of snakes to eat. eventually he ate the general so he could be general.
