The concept is LGBTQA, and the adopts basically come with names and monogrammed letters somewhere on their person. However, they don't HAVE to be LGBTQA once you adopt them, but they're sold with that intention. They also don't have to have the names they come with, those names are more like placeholders. Plus, the money I'm making from this set is going to support LGBT groups through Revel and Riot and the Human Rights Campaign.
