Here is a 3D mockup of my "Red Dead Redemption" custom cover. (Not trying to nitpick but isn't it all a bit too wide for a PS3 case though? They're quite narrow...)

Nope, I used the "plastic" template from a box art website, where they post a lot of images like this. It's the size it's supposed to be.
