im not sure if you are kiding... well mayb not its windows really, i have just take the taskbar placed on the top side.. its like that for more than a year now, im using AquaDock at the bottom of the screen, im also using [link] icons and ofcourse the wp is made by me, just for the sake of this messy desktop.. oh and the winamp skin its the famous MMD3.... thats all

Actually, no, I'm not kidding!
The "Start" button icon seems different, and the theme is not the usual one!

im using styleXP and the visual style is called 'Royale Vista'. i know i found it somewhere in dA.. it should be somewhere in the visual themes, on the top favs.. hope that helps
