FINALLY after about a month I scanned it! Here you go guys; IPR in all its gloriously sketchy thumbnailed glory.
Inspired primarily by the humble, beautiful, colonial Prince Edward Island Provincial Parliament Building and just a lil' by the huge ass pretentious yet awesomely awesome Canadian Federal Parliament Building in Ottawa, Ontario.
(And just a teeensy bit on the interior by the glorious British Columbian Provincial Parliament Building too XD.)

Buildings are yet another thing I simply do not draw enough of, but when I do, it's mostly blueprints or cross sections. Also, once the random ring was mentioned...it was nearly impossible to ignore!
