This is really fantastic. As always, I love seeing your process for your big pictures as you work. It makes seeing the final product all the more fabulous! <3
The grass detail is definitely my favorite I think. And I like those zebra bark trees (If I got that right?) there in the background. Makes the tree forest a lot more diverse Also those birds <3

Thank you! I really enjoy posting the WIPs and they seem to help a few of my watchers.
Plus they're fun for looking back at stuff!
I'm glad I took my time on the foliage! Also gold star for remembering the tree name haha! These ones are actually a subspecies of zebra bark tree which I am kind of placeholder-ishly calling 'silver and gold' trees because of their grey/yellow colouring. (Just a placeholder name because 'silver and gold tree' is a ridiculous mouthful.) The more typical zebra bark trees are black and white. The birds (feathertails) are known as greenwings and they're pretty common. I think they're a bit like magpies and crows here on Earth.

This is definitely your best shading work yet - the composition is incredible, the colours are so rich and well thought out! Amazing job!!!

You can really see all the work you put into this, and that you took no shortcuts with the shading and details. Fantastic use of green tones to give the forest depth and vastness, you can almost smell it. The moss on the slates, the scarp of rocks and the creatures dotted about add a lot to the overall scene, bringing it to life. Eqaetz is dandy, love his four white socks, they help bring him out of the green shadows. <3
