Description
Well, the original of this portrait of 's adorable kitty finally got to its home in Sweden (where the REAL Vincent can see it heee! When I was drawing this I really, really had a hard time. It's amazingly hard to capture the look of somebody's cat and I had a hard time of it because since the photos that Spotted had taken of him, Vincent had grown up. I studied the pictures that Spotted had taken of him for a good long time and tried to pick out Vincent's strongest features. From my point of view, this seemed to be his adorable puppy eyes and sweet face. Vincent is an abominably cute cat!
This was my first ink portrait of a real animal to date. I tried for hours to get Vincent's tabby markings absolutely correct with the limited resources that I had (tabby stripes are murder btw when you're trying to match them to a real animal's - redrawing fictional falcolf markings is a cakewalk after this adorable little guy!) and I hope I did at least a passable job.
Embarassingly long overdue prize art.
The stupendously cute Vincent is 's. This image is only for their use.
Art by me.

Adorable kitty! Although I'm surrounded by cats (and I mean that literally), I cannot draw felines to save my life. xD I also noticed that you put a paw print in your signature as well! I'm not alone.=3 Keep being awesome like that.

I can draw them, but it's pretty hit and miss XD one day I can draw an amazing kitty, then the next it just looks terrible... they're tricky little beasts to draw!
Awesome! I'm not alone either! I sometimes use the paw print without the signature and it's actually got a horseshoe inside of it.

Yep, mackeral!
There's a bullseye classic tabby kitten at my work place right now and she's sooo pretty. Thankies! I think I'm just getting better at getting them right every time XD. Drawing cats is so hit and miss.

Torties are cute! I've always had tabbies but I'd totally go for a tortie, just because my cat Sunny's sisters were adorable little chocolate-and-peanut-butter looking torties! (It would probably end up being saddled with a ridiculous candy inspired name too, poor cat.)
