Somewhat of a Resubmission. I uploaded a version as a wallpaper, but I didn't have it in the right category and I had some flaws I wanted to change. So I went ahead and cropped it down. I may repost it as a wallpaper, but I think I'm going to leave it like this for the time beingI'm going to make a version with a longer skirt on Alice, but I though it looked a lot more like a go-go/mod dress like this.
It's a little cheesy, but I really think it'd be need to make a series with more of the characters from the story.

Great character designs. ^_^ Really good colors and shading as well. I think Alice is a little bit off proportionally. For how petite her head and torso are, her thighs look too long so her arms look too long as well which makes her calves look too short. Heh...I just really like this twist on Alice in Wonderland.

Here I go... I like your concept. But the hand of the man on the left is a little weird. The rabbit guy's head is wobbly, especially the face, it looks pasted on a styrofoam ball. Also, if you check out the anatomy on Alice, her thighs are too long, her knees are too low, and her legs are too thick. But great job on the coloring

I love the character designs. Very unique! The shadows on the characters are done well. It looks like you are using a solid shape layer that's cut out.
While it looks like you have a unifying light source on the top left, there are some discrepancies in the overall form.
For example, you have places shadows under the garment of the male figures. However, there is a slight hint of shadow missing in the undergarments of the female figure.
Another thing to know is that colors are not purely that color. Not that I'm a pervert, if you look at her panties, it's white. While there is nothing wrong with that, but based on the colors around the area, it should slightly grey/blue with a bit of emphasize near the bottom.
At the same time, it's clear you understand this concept with the coloring done on her skin.
One technique to try is to create a unifying base color. This will help you with your shadows on male figures as well.
If i take the left character, and I give two underlying tones, dark brown/grey for skin, and dark grey/green for the clothing, I would pretty much have painted the shadows correctly.
The trick here is to paint light instead of painting shadows! It's a technique a lot of professionals use.
Create a lighter color and then color over the clothing where the light hits.
As well, paint the details because light highlights details while dark shadows mask details.

The lighting was a bit of a problem. The three characters are actually three individual files so when I combined them all it was like having three separate light sources. I just hadn't picked up on that before.

I am anticipating a longer skirt on Alice...But other than that!! I loooove your shading!! Especially the blue on Alice's Legs, thats a niiice touch.

Thanks! Glad you like it. I'm going to get around to the skirt eventually. Half like it, half hate it. It's just a matter of having the time to go in and mod the whole thing (no pun in tended). As for the March Hare's head, its supposed to be an afro. Guess I should have added some texture to it. lol

I'd say about 10 hours. I redrew Alice 3 times until I liked her then drew the Rabbit and the Mad Hatter separately and eventually found a color scheme I liked.
Now, if you take those 10 hours and add in the factors of a full-time job, a wife, a mortgage and all those other lovelies that come with life, and it took 5 months
