Description Practicing with Copic Markers~ Though I didn't have all the colours needed to get good shadows on the skin and her shirt.

This piece is really simple I tried drawing in some borders for added detail, though. I realised while colouring this that my drawing style might not be ideal for Copics, since I like to leave broad, open areas and are rather miserly with the amount of lines. This made her hair especially difficult to colour (that open area on top) ... I guess I'm gonna have to get better at drawing in lots of details, huh? :3 Another thing I learned from this is not to use watercolour paper for colouring with markers, since it makes them not blend well and causes ugly patterns (especially noticeable on the skin). Though better quality watercolour paper with a more pronounced texture to it might be usable even with Copics ... What I drew on here is a kind of rather cheap paper with a very modest amount of texture, so I might be a bit a fault too

Tools: Sketch Copic Markers, white gel pen, sanguine ink.
