I don't know why, but I find this kind of cute... I always loved duality-themed pieces of artwork that show two polar opposites interacting. I like what you did with the day and the night. Whereas the day emanates a warm yellow glow, the night emanates a cool blue shadow of sorts. The way the birds are positioned kind of reminds me of the Ying-Yang symbol as well.

Thank you! It was actually thinking about the Yin-Yang symbol that got me started on the first painting of Firebird and Seabird. This is just me wanting to re-do that with more confidence in their designs. (:
