Huh, I'm not really sure. With the focus on those two specifically, I don't think that many.
But I do love how Pinkie will randomly grab or blurt out nonsense to Fluttershy of all ponies. And usually Fluttershy is just startled/confused. It's quite adorable (:

I also like and was surprised when in one ep, Over a Barrel, when they finally find Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Spike... Fluutershy-all of the ponies- pounced on Pinkie! it was cute that she was happy to see Pinkie again lol, like, Rainbow Dash is Fluttershy's oldest friend, and yet she jumped on Pinkie lol
