ok, this was for a Spanish project, and my friend suggested to post it here, so I did!This a traditional Spanish dessert that is usaly eated foe breakfast with coffe. There is usally a cross shape on the cake made of confectioner's sugar, but I did a doliy (spelling?) instead. This almost turned out to be a teribble desaster! I Had the cake all read to go in the oven, then in the mixing bowl I see all this left over flour; it was intended to go in the cake. So I quickly mixeded it all together and poured it in a new pan. It wasn't the best cake ever in my opinion, but all my friends really liked it! that made me so happy!
