yeah... i'm kinda doing things out of order as you can see...
i'm not quite done inking yet but i've already started coloring the hair and his forehead.
and the fire i just kinda ghostly empty shells of fire.
the scanner has killed yet another piece of art.
also, part of the piece has been chopped off by my scanner taking into account the fact that it's still in my sketchbook.
i really hope i can finish this by the 30th... >.>
i'm still pondering on what to do about his spikey spinny weapony things... (i forgot what they were called... XP)
i'm not really good with reflections on metal... water's no problem but metal likes to distort things and i havent quite gotten te hang of it yet...
i'm also pondering what to do about the fire infront of his cloak because i'm using markers and i want to make the fire look transparent while not obscuring the highlights of his coat. which is somethign you cant really do with markers...
i hope you can see the ghostly fire...
i also put highlights on axel's head where the light from the fire is reflecting of of the only shin he has showing....
i realy am proud of this piece and i hope you like it too.
though it is in scraps at the moment so it's not like anyone's gonna see it...
it makes me happy inside.
