Hmm,was there ever an ep in the series where Haunter used that on humans,the series has gone on so long that I forgot

The only one episode in the anime with a haunter, that i remember wad "haunter vs kadabra" but that one was just a silly happy ghost
But in the manga "the electric tales of pikachu" (chapter4: haunting my dreams) there was a huge evil haunter called "the black fog" that killed many humans and pokemon with dreameater
