Why not? ...despite not being 'lore friendly' I always thought the ram style helmet was more suited for a Titan then a Warlock.
But if you want my reasons...
1. I had already designed the Warlock designs but still wanted to incorporated this style of helmet into one of my designs.
2. Titan exotic helmets for me were also quite generic aswell.
