I see. In my case I've been forgeting things very frecuently and I've been not 100% attentive with what am I doing since two weeks ago. I don't know why, but maybe it is stress, anxiety or just the pills that I'm taking.

Yeah it absolutly sucks. I personally have been like this for a year with or without stress and anxiety. No idea on how to 'fix' it...
It's the reason why my 'schedule' has been over the place and my work is no way close to what I want from it, both in quality or quantity.

Me neither. I can't understand why sometimes one starts to have a problem or feel bad without apparent reason and without happened something to point it the cause.
I know that feel. I take forever to make my stuff and I had to learn to appreciate my work, but still I would like to can make it better.
