I already read some of the first bit on AO3, so Carl and Fi appearing wasn't that surprising, but I'm still glad that they're here! I was wondering when they would show up. I appreciate their banter and how well they get along with Mike. Makes me happy. Makes me feel wholesome.
As for how I felt about that whole "fight" scene...I certainly wasn't expecting Freddy to get his face ripped off. But it's welcome! He deserves it for being so rooted in anger. Poor Bonnie got destroyed, though. I'm sure he'll be fine. Tbh, though, I didn't quite feel anything for either party in this. Maybe it's because I haven't left the house except for one time since March. Sucks being an at-risk person.
At least I know Freddy can scream like a person, so that's always fun.
And Mike. Oh, Mikey Wikey. He just wants to put Bonnie's mangled body back together. His thirst for this man is real. Something tells me he's got a thing for blood.

That's what they all say. Sometimes you need a bit of wholesome to balance out the overwhelming horror. Makes it all the more saddening when something happens to the wholesome bits.
At least you can actually write fight scenes. I can't. It is very hard and I struggle a lot to describe simple actions. Eh, it's fine. I was already a recluse before all this happened, so it's not so bad.

I much prefer describing people's internal feelings rather than what they do. So many similes and metaphors to make when it comes to one's psyche and their emotions. So much fun. The only time I left the house was so that I could get a belated birthday present. It was nice and dreary.
Really? Well, non-human things sounding like humans surely is scary. Maybe it's because I couldn't actually hear it, but I didn't find it all that scary. I bet he learned it from all of the people he's killed over the years. Yes, well, I do have a personal similar theory-AU-thing where the androids were made to be as close to human as possible without actuallyΒ being human.
