Description
The thing possessing Red blinked in and out of existence, intermittent with a loud buzzing sound. Buzzing, that grew louder every time it showed. Red's body was writhing as the thing struggled for life, as the very thing that it was connected to was destroyed. Buzzed and writhed, buzzed and writhed, buzzed and writhed.

Red suddenly fell still, flat on his stomach. The buzzing was reaching near unbearable level. A spot of blue appeared on his back, and spread, grew. It grew upwards out of Red, forcing him to his hands and knees. The thing unfurled itself, it's form tinted red and laced with static, tendrils of it's unstable self still connected to its host. The buzzing, it wasn't electrical interference, it was screaming. No, shrieking.

After too long, it ceased it's noise, and the creature disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Red was free.

I loved Animator vs. Animation when I was younger, and recently I discovered that the dude that animated it, Alan Becker, was still at it! And boy oh boy, have the misadventures of these colored stick people been such a delight!

And as with any new thing I discover, I look for fanart. Sad to see, there isn't much of it. The ones that are there are amazing and I'm happy it exists, it's just... so little. And so, I took it onto myself to make some! After all, all those fun animations and the hard work put into it deserve some fanart. Granted it is almost 4 in the morning, and I really had to push myself to get this done. I've been so low on drawing juice that no art could happen for weeks, then I put out a high effort piece on a whim (not really I've been trying to get me to do this for about four days now). Oh well, it looks great
