So, to make the story short: As a kid I went on a trip to Canada with my family, and while waiting at a hotel in Quebec, I turned on the TV. That's how I found this strange yet wholesome TV show. I barely spoke any English at the time, let alone French! Yet the show was some wholesome and expressive that I didn't need to understand much of the language to get what was going on, the few words that were similar to Spanish were enough. fast forward 14 years. I decided to look for that show entering as much as I remembered in Google until I got a solid lead, and there it was; Cornemuse.

What you see here is an attempt at recreating what the show calls "The island of dreams", an interesting way of showing the characters inner feelings and thoughts. I decided to build it here as this is probably the most peaceful part of my survival Minecraft world, which is in itself my digital safespace.

Also, thanks to Poppy (@ PoppyAndPascal) for helping me both with the translation of this description, as well as helping me understand a bit more of the key points in the show.

Lorsque j'étais enfant, je suis allé en voyage au Canada avec ma famille. J'ai allumé la télévision pendant que nous attendions dans une chambre d'hôtel au Québec. C'est comme ça que j'ai découvert cette étrange -pourtant charmante- émission télévisée. Je ne parlais presque pas anglais, encore moins français! Cependant, de la façon que l'histoire était présentée, je n'avais même pas besoin de comprendre la langue de beaucoup pour suivre les événements. Les mots ressemblant à l'espagnol étaient suffisants. 14 ans plus tard, j'ai décidé de partir à la recherche de cette série pour enfant en utilisant le plus de mots-clés possibles découlant de ma mémoire jusqu'à ce que j'atteigne mon but. Enfin, voici la réponse : Cornemuse.

Ce que vous voyez ci-dessus est ma tentative de recréer "L'île des rêves", un lieu important utilisé pour représenter les sentiments et pensées intérieures des personnages. J'ai choisi cet endroit sur la map, car c'est probablement l'endroit le plus paisible de mon monde Minecraft en mode survie, dont celui-ci est mon échappatoire digital.
