A pic for Kayikoni.. [link] I drew her char twice, because I was only semi-satisfied with the drawin... so I ended up with two half-good pics. I combined them into one image, hoping the result is a semi good 3/4 image. Har har. I don't make any sense. Anyhow, Kay's drawn me like, 4 pics. Needed to repay her. I also need to stop sucking at art. Can't go to a convention with crappy art. That'd make me sad.I got my DAprints in the mail...mmm... after long deliberation I've decided that GLOSSY IS BETTER. at least with my pix. Just be careful of fingerprints.
2 sketches, both .5mm pencil on 8.5x11 cardstock - 1 hour combined
CG with Photoshop 7, 4 layers, 2 hours

I ain't so madly into this whole cartoonish drawing with 'people' wearing their underwear and such, but this, this image is an exception. I admire the color tones you have used, and even more the entire concept. So relaxing, so loving, so caring and emotional, absolutely one-of-a-kind. Keep up the good work my friend.

How can you beat up on yourself like that? These pics are beautiful, nomatter what you say. I think my favourite is the right one (she looks really, really attractive in that one for some reason ^.^) but the two go together so well...It seems like you came upon the idea by accident, but it looks absolutely great, and I commend you for stumbling on such a cool technique. There's just something so new and pretty about these pics, I had to give it my .
I suggest you try to improve on your current style, rather than degrading it, because it already looks very nice, and I believe you could do some really amazing stuff. Keep it up, and great work!
