Before I say anything else, I have to thank [link] for giving me the idea for this pic and making me go through with it. I also was urged by [link] - my girlfriend.So this is what happens when Foku and the gang are made to sit down for a serious 'family' photo... Hal gets out of place and gnaws on Fo's bandages, Emie can't help but show off and fly around, and Goll just sits there looking disgruntled with Doll on his head. Yes, these are all my characters.
I started this about a month ago, and finally got around to finishing the background and scanning it. I had to do it in 5 or 6 pieces, because it's a big pic. 14"x17", to be precise. I spent all day on it in Photoshop. I don't much like the coloring, but it was even more horrible before I added the nuclear/sulfuric rain glow to everyone. I'm just glad I'm done with it. I hate working all day on a pic and then not being satisfied with the final product. I am pleased with the lineart though... check out those hanging cloths. Wooo.
I'll be doing more group shots once I have all my main characters designed (right now I'm missing two).. but until then... boy, I can't wait to start uploading pics that I *haven't* spent all day on.

As usual, Halcyon and Emiel are adorable. Love the glow on the hair and wings. And who cares if they are naked? I didn't think angels wore clothes. Then again, I've never seen one, so I don't know.

So tell me... After you get so many DTF's... like 2 a day... when you submit something, instead of wondering if you'll get a DTF at all, do you wonder how many people will fav it? Maybe try to beat your record of 5 billion that you set yesterday?
Heh I'm just busting your chops man, I'm not one of the anti-fallout people. Well, not a degree as much as some people are. Actually you probably don't even read the comments you get, you get so many of them. But I guess thats to be expected with blinding popularity. Personally I think you deserve your popularity. Anyway, I'm rambling. This is badass. But it seems to me that the blind guy's left arm is a bit small compared to the other one. Still look good, of course. Your coloring style is uber. You definitely have your own style of art. I don't need to say this becasue you're gonna do it anyway, but keep it up.

This looks great though! Even if you don't like what you did you know other people are probably going to tell you otherwise and HAVE!
Your handle on perspective never ceases to amaze me. You really have some of the neatest looking characters. Those pants on him so look like they are about to just sliiiiiiiiiide off but I like that.
