If you're referring to the DA points system, then no, please don't sell them, they count as a type of currency (real/virtual)

When you download the .PSD file, there will be a layer for each lineart, as well as one with my copyright on it.

Yes, all four images are sitting on top of each other. Just select the layer you want and hide the others.
