Description I wanted to cry dark tears of red,
so I cut myself below the eye.
I just wanted to be beautiful
like the angels are when they cry.

I wanted to cure the wounds of the innocent,
so I poisoned them out of pure mercy.
They won't feel the pain anymore,
I'm a miracle worker, so I proudly curtsy.

I wanted to amaze my witnesses,
so I scratched my body into a bloody hell.
All who see will whisper stories about me,
as long as they live, they'll tell.

I wanted to learn to fly like an angel,
so I tied a rope to a tree beneath the sky.
I hung myself proudly above this world.
I'm beautiful now ... on the other side.

are you into From Autumn to Ashes? they have a cd entitled 'too bad you're beautiful' check it out, they're good.
